Kviberg Park Hotell & Konferens is now seeking a new colleague for a parental leave position starting in December. As a receptionist, you are the hotel's face to the world. You create positive first and last impressions, handle questions and challenges in a professional manner, and contribute to ensuring our guests and conference participants have a memorable stay. The work tasks are varied and include: Guest check-in and check-out Handling bookings via phone, email, and booking systems Active guest service and information about Gothenburg, the hotel, Skidome, gym, restaurant, and other facilities in Prioritet Serneke Arena Upselling of rooms, upgrades, dining experiences, and conference packages Payments, cash handling, and invoicing (both private guests and corporate customers) Support to other departments Stepping in where needed – we are a tight team that helps each other!
