Are you a licensed nurse or district nurse with experience from inpatient care, geriatrics, or palliative care and open to a new opportunity where your expertise is truly valued? We are seeking a nurse or district nurse for work in both an inpatient ward and home-based care (LAH). We welcome both those with basic nursing education and those with specialist training as a district nurse. Here you will have a varied role working with geriatric and multi-morbid patients as well as patients with advanced care needs in the home setting. Whether you are already working as a consultant or currently have a traditional employment, you are welcome to apply. What matters is your clinical experience and that you feel confident with independent nursing work. About the Position The inpatient ward has 14 care beds and primarily cares for elderly and multi-morbid patients with varying medical needs. The work is combined with assignments within LAH, where patients with advanced care needs receive care at home, including at the end of life. The work may include: Patient care and clinical assessments Care of geriatric and multi-morbid patients Medication management and follow-up Palliative care and symptom relief Advanced care in the patient's home Documentation and care planning Close collaboration with other professionals We Are Looking for You Who Are a licensed nurse or district nurse Have current and relevant clinical experience Feel confident with independent assessments Can work in both inpatient and home-based care (LAH) Have good prioritization skills Work in a structured and patient-safe manner Have a secure and professional approach to patient interaction Experience in geriatrics, medical care, palliative care, or care of the elderly is particularly valuable.
