We are now seeking an experienced psychiatric nurse for a psychiatric care unit in Stockholm. This assignment is ideal for you if you are confident and independent in your professional role and accustomed to meeting patients with varying psychiatric care needs. About the Assignment On the unit, you will work with psychiatric care and treatment of hospitalized patients. The work requires good clinical assessment skills, structure, and the ability to create safety even in complex situations. Your tasks may include: Psychiatric care and clinical assessments Observation and monitoring of patients' well-being Medication management Care planning and documentation Supportive and motivating conversations Assessment and management of changing care needs Collaboration with physicians and other professionals on the unit We are Looking for You if You Are a licensed nurse with specialist education in psychiatric care Have current experience from psychiatric inpatient care Are confident and independent in work on a care unit Have good clinical judgment and strong prioritization skills Have a calm and professional demeanor Work in a structured manner with a strong focus on patient safety Speak and write Swedish fluently Your Experience Will Be Valued Psychiatric inpatient care places high demands on both clinical competence and the ability to create stability and trust.
