About the Assignment On the unit, you will work with psychiatric care and treatment of inpatient patients. The work requires good clinical judgment, structure, and the ability to create a sense of safety even in complex situations. Your tasks may include: Psychiatric care and clinical assessments Observation and monitoring of patients' well-being Medication management Care planning and documentation Supportive and motivating conversations Assessment and management of changing care needs Collaboration with physicians and other professionals on the unit We Are Looking for You If You Are a licensed nurse with specialist education in psychiatric care Have current experience from psychiatric inpatient care Are confident and independent working on a care unit Have good clinical judgment and strong prioritization skills Demonstrate calm and professional conduct Work in a structured manner with a strong focus on patient safety Speak and write Swedish well Your Experience Will Be Valued Psychiatric inpatient care places high demands on both clinical competence and the ability to create stability and trust.
