We are looking for an experienced florist for Květinářství Slaměnka in Plzen! If you are relocating to a different region, we offer assistance with accommodation. Do you have proven experience in floristry and are interested in a change of location? We are looking for skilled colleagues to join our established team in Plzen. Join us! About Us: We are a traditional flower shop with 30 years of history in Plzen. We have a stable team of 15 members and we practice floristry in full range - from tied bouquets, through wedding and funeral floristry, to arranged bouquets. During the season, we also produce our own cut flowers. What We Offer: - Stable Employment: Possibility of a full-time employment contract (HPP) with corresponding salary compensation. - Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 Kč/month gross (final salary depends on your experience and expertise in the field). - Relocation Assistance: If you live outside the Plzen region, we offer the possibility of free short-term accommodation in our service apartment for as long as necessary to facilitate your move. Your Job Responsibilities: - Independent tying and arranging of floral arrangements. - Customer consultation and sales. - Care of the shop and assortment of cut flowers. What We Are Looking For: - Experience: Florists with proven practice in the field. - Personality: Reliability, diligence, and willingness to work in a friendly team. - Recruitment Process: The first step is a phone call/online interview. Then: in-person interview and approximately one week of orientation in operations in Plzen.
