Responsibilities
As a Flow Planner at Dagab, you are responsible for ensuring optimal flows and procurement levels within given parameters. You handle both procurement of our own manufactured products and from other brands. In the role, you are assigned a certain number of suppliers and products that you oversee. You are expected to develop an understanding of your suppliers to build strong relationships, knowledge of your articles and stock levels to become skilled in the field. You care for your articles and make purchases daily. Different suppliers have different conditions—some you buy from daily and others less frequently.
As a Flow Planner, you work closely with your colleagues in the procurement function to together create the best possible conditions for well-stocked stores that experience no interruption in supply. You also collaborate with several different functions within the organization both externally and internally.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Post-secondary education in, for example, economics, procurement, logistics, or similar
Good system and computer skills
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
We consider it advantageous if you also have:
Experience in grocery retail or similar work
Knowledge of Excel and SAP
To succeed in the role, we believe you enjoy driving your own work forward and have the ability to work efficiently and solution-focused. Since you have multiple contact points both internally and externally, you thrive in collaboration with others and have good communication skills. Furthermore, you understand the importance of details in your work while maintaining a good overview to identify connections and perform analyses. There is an understanding of your potential to learn and develop from the ground up. If you have an interest in the field and procurement, a head for numbers, and enjoy working in systems, you can succeed even if you haven't built up extensive experience.
