Särnmark's headquarters is located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now seeking personal assistants for a customer who lives in Vittsjö. About the job as a personal assistant As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your tasks involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Job responsibilities Your responsibilities depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can include anything from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or with activities outside the home. We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction from the customer as well as access to training in the role of personal assistant. About the employment The employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the salary form is hourly pay. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays as well as weekends. The times refer to awake nights and on-call primarily.
