About the Assignment
In this role you will work with qualified case handling of matters concerning foreign travel documents and travel permits, in an operation where legal certainty, accuracy, and independence are in focus.
As a case officer you investigate, review, and handle cases based on applicable legislation, guidelines, and practice. Work tasks include preparing decision materials, presenting cases for decision-makers, making decisions in simpler matters, and planning and following up on cases and activities. The role also involves reporting investigation results, providing recommendations for decisions, and contributing to investigative and coordinating work.
This assignment is suited for you if you are comfortable with qualified administrative work, have good analytical ability, and want to contribute to lawful and efficient case handling.
We are looking for someone who has
higher education or equivalent education in the relevant field and at least six (6) months of work experience from similar work
good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
the ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
