Right now we are looking for a Fleet Coordinator for Europcar's Fleet team in Södertälje for a consulting assignment with immediate start until year-end. The role has a clear focus on claims handling, defleeting, and vehicle administration, where you will be an important part of the team responsible for managing Europcar's vehicle fleet efficiently throughout its entire lifecycle. The Fleet department is responsible for everything related to Europcar's vehicle fleet, from purchasing and logistics to claims handling, maintenance, and vehicle disposal. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will work closely with Europcar's Damage & Defleeting Specialist and serve as an important support function in daily operations. The focus is on ensuring that claims cases and processes related to vehicle disposal and sales are handled efficiently and correctly. You will, among other things: · Handle and administer incoming claims cases · Support Europcar's station network with questions about ongoing claims cases · Request and follow up on supplementary information and documentation · Review, check, and administer invoices related to damage, repairs, and vehicle disposal · Coordinate administrative processes related to vehicle sales and disposal · Work with follow-up, registration, and quality assurance of information in multiple systems · Prepare reports and compilations in Excel · Collaborate with workshops, suppliers, stations, and internal functions · Contribute to developing and streamlining processes within claims handling and defleeting Who are we looking for? We place great emphasis on personality, but to succeed in the role we believe you have: · Post-secondary education in, for example, economics, logistics, administration, or equivalent experience · Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written · Good systems knowledge and ability to quickly learn new working methods · Good Excel skills and experience working with data compilation and tracking · Experience with administrative tasks where structure and accuracy have been central It is an advantage if you have experience with: · Invoice review and invoice management · The vehicle industry, car rental, or leasing · Logistics or coordination roles · Claims administration or insurance-related matters As a person you are: · Structured and thorough · Quick learner and solution-oriented · Service-oriented and communicative · Able to handle multiple processes in parallel · A team player who thrives in a role with many contact points We are primarily looking for someone who enjoys administration, is driven by creating structure, and has the ability to quickly familiarize themselves with new systems and routines. About the assignment The position is a consulting assignment through 2Complete with immediate start and initially runs until year-end. Working hours are mainly Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. Europcar operates according to the Smart Working concept, which means three fixed office days per week and the opportunity to work remotely the remaining days after completed introduction.
