Talsu novada pašvaldības (registration number: 90009113532) Pansionāts "Lauciene" is hiring a physiotherapist for an indefinite period (1 FTE) (profession code according to profession classifier 2264 02) Main job duties: Promote clients' health and functional status, as well as improvement of health-related quality of life and well-being; Develop an individual physiotherapy session plan in accordance with physician's referral; Develop positioning plans for palliative care clients as directed by a physician; Perform muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests on clients to diagnose and assess physical disorders; Perform therapeutic procedures on clients to reduce pain, improve circulation, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular and respiratory functions, restore joint mobility, improve balance and coordination, using appropriate technologies and methods; Position clients according to their individual needs; Conduct daily activity training for clients; Fit each client with individually necessary footwear, orthoses, various types of technical aids, and train them in proper use; Monitor clients' health status during therapeutic procedures and assess their effectiveness; Discuss client treatment progress with the physician or physician's assistant and, if necessary, decide on modification of the treatment plan; Ensure client safety during therapeutic procedures. Requirements for applicants: Healthcare professional with higher professional education and specialization in physiotherapy, certified in the specialty.
