Do you want to work with us? Now you have the opportunity to work together with a team of highly competent nurses in the role of unit manager! The position is as unit manager for health and medical care in the home as well as LSS/Social Psychiatry and is part of the health and medical care organization. This is a permanent employment with temporary placement during parental leave for approximately 1.5 years. Your base employment will be as unit manager within the Care and Health sector. The health and medical care organization is responsible for all of the municipality's health and medical care services. There are nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists and physiotherapists employed in the health and medical care organization. As a manager, you also have administrative support. The health and medical care organization is organized within the Care and Health sector, which also includes assignments for authority functions according to SOL, home care services and special housing for the elderly. As a unit manager in the health and medical care organization, you are part of Care and Health and work together with other managers and employees to provide Finspång's citizens with good and patient-safe care. Finspång is known for its good collaboration with Region Östergötland and together has many shared components and development projects. You have appropriate higher education with leadership experience, preferably within health and medical care. It is advantageous if you are a licensed nurse. You have previous experience working within the laws, directives and agreements that apply within the health and medical care field. You have a drive and strong commitment to health and medical care issues. You want to work close to operations and have communicative leadership. You have a clear operations and patient focus and enjoy working in teams for development, improvement and quality. We also believe that you, as an applicant, are responsive and can utilize employees' competence and development opportunities. You have the ability to act from a holistic perspective, which includes awareness in relation to your own operations and in relation to the entire municipal organization. On-call duty is included in the position approximately every 17th week. We are driving Finspång forward!
