First Contact: By email: [email protected] By phone: 602 156 839 Job Responsibilities: - Work with accounting software KEO4 (assets, document management, accounting); - Comprehensive accounting processing - double-entry bookkeeping for a contributory organization; - Cash register posting; - Tracking and recording the movement and status of funds in bank accounts; - Bank balance and cash control; - Payment and settlement transactions with the bank (payment orders, internet banking); - Statement posting; - Posting of received and issued invoices; - Salary posting; - Posting of other accounts (FRIM, FKSP, reward fund, reserve fund); - Asset posting; - Preparation of reports (CSUIS, for the founder, annual financial statements); - Grant posting according to City Office of Český Brod directives; - Compilation of required statistical reports; - Processing of tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, withholding and advance tax settlements). Requirements: - University, higher specialized, or secondary education in economics-related fields; - Minimum 3 years of experience; - Knowledge of accounting legislation for contributory organizations; - Computer skills (MS OFFICE); - Good communication skills, reliability, independence, and attention to detail.
