The company is in an exciting new phase following its integration into Mobilis Group, and is now seeking a Finance Manager who wants to take a central role in its continued development. THE ROLE As Finance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for SHIFT's finance function and become a key member of the company's management team. This is an operationally focused role where you will support the Managing Director and the Nordic subsidiaries' country heads with analysis, reporting, and business decision support. You will be responsible for driving and developing the finance function in Sweden and the Nordic subsidiaries. The role encompasses accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and the development of processes, systems, and working methods. You report to the Managing Director and have a dotted reporting line to the Group CFO within Mobilis Group. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As Finance Manager, you will primarily: Lead accounting, financial closing, and economic follow-up work within established timelines. Manage monthly reporting, budgeting processes, forecasts, investments, and external reporting. Develop reporting, KPIs, controlling, calculations, and business support for the organization. Build greater financial and business acumen across the entire organization. Support the Managing Director, management team, and country heads with relevant analyses and decision-making materials. Drive improvements in finance processes, business systems, and internal controls. Lead and develop the finance function comprising staff in Tenhult and collaborate with finance resources in the subsidiaries. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone with broad and independent finance experience who thrives in a role combining structure, analysis, and operationally focused business support. You have the ability to maintain strong financial governance while contributing to growth, development, and profitability. To succeed in this role, we believe you should have: A degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant education. At least five years of experience in independent finance work, preferably from an international group structure. Solid understanding of accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience leading or developing a finance function. Very strong Excel skills and good experience with business and accounting systems. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal. Experience with intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, group reporting, or working in a Nordic/international environment is a plus. If you also have experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar business systems, that is beneficial. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and quality-conscious. You have high integrity, take responsibility for your function, and have the ability to drive finance processes forward with clarity and authority. You are communicative, collaborative, and thrive in a culture where the team comes first. At the same time, you are confident enough to set requirements, take initiative, and contribute a business perspective to the management team.
