Finance Controller

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller / Senior Accountant for industrial operations with a focus on finance, internal controls, and processes. You will be responsible for ongoing accounting and monthly financial closing, reconciliations of balance sheet and intercompany accounts, VAT, CAPEX, and fixed assets. You will contribute to ERP implementation, document processes, and support audits and statutory reporting. Requirements: at least 10 years of experience in accounting or financial control, strong knowledge of K3/Swedish GAAP, experience with reconciliations, VAT, CAPEX, and fixed assets. Experience from the industrial sector, preferably manufacturing or logistics. Experience with ERP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA. Excellent English, both spoken and written. We are looking for someone who is organized, self-driven, and able to combine attention to detail with a holistic perspective in a dynamic environment.
