Bygg-Göta is seeking a skilled and solution-oriented property manager. The properties consist of residential units and commercial spaces. As a property manager, you play a central role in ensuring that the properties always maintain a high standard – complete, clean, well-maintained, and safe. The work involves both daily oversight and minor repairs, with tenants always as the priority. Your responsibilities include: Handling service requests and maintenance reports. Planning and executing daily tasks. Performing minor repairs and practical measures in the properties. Communication with tenants, suppliers, and contractors. You work independently and as part of an experienced team with a property manager and three other property managers. Together, you are responsible for different parts of the property portfolio. In total, the company has 15 property managers. About You You are service-oriented and proactive with the ability to identify what needs to be done and take action. You work in a structured and solution-focused manner, with a holistic perspective and a desire to contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment. You have experience in property maintenance or other practical work with similar responsibilities. Other Information You will become part of a pleasant and stable organization with short decision-making processes. Community and sustainability are highly valued. There is significant personal responsibility, but also support from engaged colleagues and a present manager. You will start at Bygg-Göta by agreement, and the position is full-time.
