We are looking for someone with interest and experience in property maintenance and repairs, preferably with vocational training in construction, electrical, or plumbing work, or training as a property manager. You are quality-conscious, practical-minded, and independent in your approach, and the ability to perform repair work is required. Previous experience working as a property manager/residential manager is a plus. In your role, you work closely with customers - you handle daily customer contact for fault reports and calls, and you understand the importance of feedback and prompt handling. You need to enjoy customer interaction. As a person, you are open and friendly, and have an easy way of meeting people in different situations. You act with a long-term perspective, reliably, and attentively in your interactions. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A digital approach is natural to you, and almost all of our cases are handled via computer or mobile devices. A B-category driver's license is required.
