About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and practical property technician who wants to help ensure a well-functioning property over time. The role is broad and varied with significant independent responsibility, where you work with both planned and corrective maintenance, and serve as an important point of contact for contractors and suppliers working on site.
You will become a key person in daily operations and take a central role in creating a safe, secure, and well-maintained property environment.
Examples of Work Tasks:
Handle work orders and perform corrective maintenance on the property.
Perform minor repairs and service tasks, such as lock changes, door hardware, fixtures, and plumbing components.
Carry out filter changes and routine inspections of ventilation systems.
Conduct property walkarounds and ongoing checks of the property's technical functions.
Follow up on fault reports and ensure that corrective measures are completed.
Receive, coordinate, and guide contractors on-site for tasks such as landscaping and maintenance work.
Contribute to order, safety, and well-being inside and around the property.
Serve as a practical resource for everything from minor repairs to general service assignments.
Who You Are
We believe you are someone who has built up broad practical experience over many years and enjoys solving problems that arise in daily operations. Perhaps you currently work as a property technician, facilities manager, operations technician, or in property services.
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
Have experience with property operations, property maintenance, or technical upkeep.
Are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for driving tasks to completion.
Have a good understanding of the property's various technical systems.
Are handy, practical, and solution-oriented.
Enjoy a role with many points of contact and have a service-minded approach to work.
Have good experience collaborating with external contractors and suppliers.
About the Assignment
This is a long-term investment where we are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the operations over time. We believe, therefore, that you appreciate the variety of one day handling a work order or performing a filter change, and the next day coordinating contractors or solving a practical problem that has arisen in the property. You will be employed by Consensus and work as a consultant for our client located in northern Stockholm. For the right person, there may be good opportunities to transition to a direct employment with the client over time.
