The role of Property Technician with us As a Property Technician, you work to ensure that our properties and outdoor environments function well and are maintained in good condition. The work is varied and includes both planned initiatives and things that need to be solved here and now. You will, among other things: perform preventive maintenance, inspections and care according to descriptions in our property management systems perform interior and exterior property care as well as green space maintenance identify and address defects and shortcomings in properties, installations and equipment that are part of the assignment observe, inventory and report maintenance needs perform operational services based on the needs of the operations handle maintenance requests and other assignments related to our properties maintain contact with operations, colleagues, contractors and other partners be available to handle acute situations when they arise An important part of the work is to see what needs to be done and take responsibility for ensuring it is taken care of. Sometimes you solve the task yourself and sometimes other expertise or contractors need to be brought in. The role therefore involves both practical work, service and your own responsibility for following up on your assignments. Your profile As a person, you are solution-oriented, attentive, accommodating and self-driven. You take your own initiative, see opportunities in changes and contribute with ideas and solutions in your work. You have a good ability to plan, organize and prioritize your work in an independent and efficient manner. You collaborate well with others and are accustomed to communicating with different types of people. You build and maintain good working relationships and treat our customers and partners in a professional and respectful manner. You have a flexible approach and can adapt to operational needs. You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
