About the Company
Säljfast is a family-owned business founded in 2007, though we began leasing premises in 2001 alongside other operations. From the start, we recognized the value of building strong relationships with our tenants and delivering quality service. This focus has paid off, and we now have approximately 150 customers across 68,000 m² in Olofström, Sölvesborg, Karlshamn, and Kristianstad. To meet the needs of existing and new customers, we also conduct project development and new construction. Property management is handled in-house by 6 dedicated employees.
Our current property technician is retiring, and we are now seeking a replacement for our facilities in Blekinge.

Your Responsibilities
As a property technician, you play an important role at Säljfast, serving as the primary point of contact with our tenants and creating the right conditions for comfort in our properties.
Your responsibilities as a property technician include performing routine maintenance and minor repairs, both inside and outside our buildings. You will handle service requests and perform service work at our tenants' locations, manage heating and ventilation systems, oversee fire alarm system maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and conduct routine inspections. Beyond these tasks, we hope you will occasionally assist with property showings, conduct move-in and move-out inspections, and help with procurement of service agreements and supervision of contractor work.
You will be responsible for planning and organizing your own work, and in this role you will have great freedom and responsibility with the opportunity to shape your daily work.
Your Background/Your Qualities
You should have at least 3-5 years of experience as a property technician or in a similar position. Education in property technology, hot work certification, lift certification, and forklift certification would be considered advantageous.
A valid driver's license (category B) is required, and we believe you are comfortable using digital tools with a general interest in technology and properties. You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
Your personal qualities are very important to us! As a person, you are humble, social, accustomed to taking initiative, and comfortable working independently. You will be Säljfast's face to the outside world, so it is important that you are calm, attentive, flexible, and service-oriented in your interactions with others. You have a natural ability to plan, coordinate, and develop your work. We also see that you are practical and have the ability to find effective, sensible, and feasible solutions to problems.
