We are seeking a practical and hands-on property manager with initial placement in Gothenburg, eastern market area. The position is a permanent full-time employment, available to start as soon as possible. Work Tasks Your responsibilities will include daily interior and exterior property maintenance. You will care for our customers' properties to ensure they are complete, clean, and safe. You will handle fault reports, carry out repairs for our customers, who are both housing cooperatives and individual members. Regarding exterior property maintenance, your role includes ongoing care of outdoor environments at our housing cooperatives, such as cleaning, mulch removal, and similar tasks. You will also conduct inspections and rounds at our customers' properties. Some gardening work may also be included. You will work across Gothenburg but with a focus on the eastern parts of the city. Ongoing contact with residents, customers, and contractors is a central part of the assignment and contributes to creating safe, sustainable, and well-functioning residential environments. The role also includes responsibility for purchasing consumable materials and careful handling and maintenance of your own work equipment – all to ensure professional and long-term sustainable delivery. Examples of work tasks: Inspection of our customers' properties Minor repairs such as replacing electrical outlets, faucets, toilet seats, adjusting doors, etc. Cleaning and sanitation Daily contact with our customers Qualifications We are looking for someone with education in real estate at upper secondary level or equivalent. We also seek someone who can demonstrate solid knowledge in building technology or in related trades, such as electrical work, plumbing, or similar. A B-category driver's license and experience from similar work tasks are required. It is also very important that you can express yourself well in speech and writing. Since we report in digital tools, it is also important that you have good computer skills and are comfortable using a mobile phone at work.
