About the Position We are seeking a Facilities Manager for Hörby Municipality! In this role, you will work with facilities maintenance, handle maintenance requests, and perform maintenance work. Assignment Period and Scope: The Facilities Manager position is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately according to agreement and is expected to run until 2026-12-04. Requirements for the Position: • Experience in the role of Facilities Manager or similar • Experience receiving maintenance requests, being able to address maintenance issues independently, contacting contractors, conducting daily facility inspections, and troubleshooting building systems • Knowledge of ventilation and water/heating systems For us to move you forward in the process, you must clearly document in your CV that all of the above requirements are met.
