Your Role
We are now seeking a facility caretaker for Malmberget Operations & Maintenance. In this varied role, you will work with operations, maintenance, and renovations of our buildings and facilities, both above and below ground. You will be an important part of a supportive team that together ensures our premises and environments are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Here you will work with everything from preventive facility maintenance and simple construction and painting work to grounds care, snow and ice removal, and emergency repairs when needed.
What You Bring
The role offers considerable scope for independence where you contribute directly to a safe and well-functioning operation. As a structured person, you plan, manage, and prioritize your work even when multiple tasks are underway simultaneously. You are solution-oriented and thrive handling different types of work in varying environments. In addition to this, you also bring:
Approved upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on construction and civil works
Class B driver's license with manual transmission
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
Experience in carpentry, facility maintenance, or other construction-related work
Vocational certification in TBM (woodwork, concrete work, masonry) is a plus
