Property Caretaker Wanted!

We at Investa are now looking for a property caretaker who wants to become part of our team. We are looking for someone with high work ethic, attention to detail, customer service orientation and solution-focused mindset, as well as a positive attitude. You enjoy varied and practical work and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves where needed. The job duties include: • Stairwell and apartment cleaning • Minor renovations, such as painting and flooring • Grass cutting, trimming and other outdoor maintenance • Snow removal and sanding during winter • Minor service tasks and ongoing maintenance of our properties Previous experience in property caretaking or similar work is a plus, but not required. For us, your attitude and willingness to do a good job are most important. The only requirement is that you have a valid B driver's license.
