Property Caretaker with Renovation Focus

We are a small property management company with primarily residential units. We are seeking a property caretaker who, in addition to experience with standard property maintenance, also has documented experience with various renovation tasks such as painting, carpentry, and flooring installation. You should be self-reliant as we are a small company and working independently is common. Preferably stress-resistant since work sometimes needs to be completed quickly. Physical strength is an advantage since you may need to move appliances and similar items. It is a great advantage if you live near Fellingsbro and can occasionally be on-call during evenings and weekends, as well as work during the summer when other staff are on vacation.
