Maintenance of garages, parking spaces, and playgrounds. Contact with tenants, suppliers, and contractors. Supervision and support for environmental custodians. No two days are the same – you'll work both practically and socially. We're looking for someone who Is a retiree or senior who wants to continue working. Is handy and enjoys solving practical problems. Has experience in property management, facilities maintenance, trades, or similar work. Is service-oriented and enjoys working with people.
