Are you our new Property Maintenance Technician? We are looking for a property maintenance technician with expertise in basic plumbing work for our property management company in central Luleå. You will be working with troubleshooting and service in our properties. Full-time position with permanent employment; probationary period applies. Your main responsibilities: Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of plumbing installations (e.g. heating systems, risers, valves and mixers). Regular rounds within the property portfolio. Exterior and interior property maintenance, corrective and preventive maintenance. Customer contact and service to tenants. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, solution-oriented and practically inclined. Relevant upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on building technology or plumbing Professional experience in property maintenance Basic certificates and qualifications (hot work or plumbing certificates are a plus).
