TKF Fastighetsservice is a company that currently manages over 1,100 apartments and commercial spaces spread throughout Småland. Now TKF Fastighetsservice is seeking a property manager with area responsibility for a property portfolio in Sävsjö and Vetlanda comprising approximately 170 apartments and a number of commercial spaces. We are looking for someone who wants work with varied tasks and has the ability to drive the work forward independently. You should be a positive, service-oriented and self-driven person. You should also be a handy problem-solver who is practical and takes initiative and responsibility. Previous experience from property management or experience from other skilled trades related to construction or real estate is also a merit. The position involves property management, such as - Apartment leasing - Addressing maintenance requests - Ongoing interior/exterior maintenance - Green space maintenance such as grass cutting and trimming etc. Application We contact applications on an ongoing basis so don't delay in submitting your application.
