Arkadius Bollnäs owns and manages eight properties in the area. Since operations are run from Sundsvall, we are now looking for an independent person who can take full responsibility for daily property management on-site.
This is a broad role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working practically, and interacting with people. You will be our eyes and ears in Bollnäs and will have great freedom to plan your work and create structure in ongoing property maintenance.
The work includes, among other things:
• Receive, plan, and address maintenance requests.
• Meet tenants in a professional manner and provide excellent service.
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance.
• Paint apartments, commercial spaces, and stairwells.
• Conduct regular inspections of the properties.
• Identify maintenance needs and propose solutions.
• Show vacant apartments and commercial spaces and conduct move-out inspections.
• Liaise with contractors, request quotes, and follow up on completed work.
• Maintain the outdoor areas of the properties through, for example, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, snow removal, and de-icing.
• Perform stairwell cleaning and keep common areas clean and well-maintained.

• Have experience in property management, construction, maintenance, or similar work.
• Are handy and can solve many practical problems independently.
• See what needs to be done without always needing to be told.
• Are organized and complete what you start.
• Have a professional and service-oriented approach.
• Can build good relationships with both tenants and contractors.
• Hold a valid driver's license (category B).
Experience in, for example, carpentry, painting, plumbing, property management, or technical property operations is a plus.
