Permanent Substitute Teacher at Vi Som Växer – Bandängen Vi Som Växer is seeking a dedicated and flexible educator who wants to help create a safe and inspiring environment for children at our preschools. About the Position As a permanent substitute with us, your primary task is to contribute to a stimulating and safe daily environment for our children, where learning is at the center. You will be an active part of the children's development through care, play, and outdoor activities. Creating a safe and inclusive environment where all children have the opportunity to participate and feel seen is a central part of your work. Your Responsibilities: Create a safe and inspiring environment for the children. Support and encourage children's play and learning, both indoors and outdoors. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a good work environment. Actively participate in communication with parents and help them feel safe and heard. Take responsibility for ensuring all children receive attention and participate in activities. Be flexible and adapt your work to the preschool's needs. Who Are We Looking For? You are responsible, empathetic, and have a genuine interest in children and their development. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have a high degree of flexibility and are open to taking initiative. You enjoy being outdoors and are active in your work. You have good communication skills and can build positive relationships with both children and adults.
