About the pharmacist role at Hjärtat As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you'll work alternately with counseling and sales in both prescription and over-the-counter care. In this role, you'll contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, engagement, and experience to better health for our customers and to the pharmacy's success. We remain in the E-center shopping area and have a much more advantageous location. Being accessible to customers means working with the wind at our backs. Customers are happy and grateful, business is thriving, and our competitors are frustrated. Our customers come from all over Söderhamn and the surrounding area and appreciate our fast, efficient service. We're right next to E4, so we easily catch travelers along our east coast. The move in October has already shown results. We're a strong team, but to maintain a good work environment, we want to strengthen our staff early. We take our employees' health very seriously. We even had the kitchen redrawn so we could bring our favorite sofa along in the move! As a manager, it's important to me that you're a positive problem-solver, willing to jump in with over-the-counter care when needed, and have flexible collaboration with colleagues. We're also the best in the country at the Pink Ribbon campaign—we're never giving up that position! This is a permanent position. Full-time or part-time can be discussed. A trial period applies. We're open 8–20 every day. Are you the one we're looking for? We're looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist. You're either early in your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in this description: You show interest and engagement in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat You take responsibility for meeting the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and ask your team for help when needed You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in your daily work Curious to learn more?
