Most regulatory roles involve managing something that already exists. This one doesn't. Our client is an international pharmaceutical company with operations in several countries in Europe and Asia. After many years as a distributor, the company is now taking the step to own its own products and registrations. This means the entire value chain is being integrated and a completely new regulatory function is being built up in Uppsala. You will be the one developing it. Not alone, but as the owner of the area. The company has also recently begun clinical trials, which means an unusually lot is happening at once for an organization of this size. About the position This is a direct recruitment. You will be employed by the company from day one, on a permanent full-time contract. Talangbron handles the recruitment process, but your employer is the company – this is not a consulting assignment or a temporary placement. 🧭 Scope: 100 percent, permanent 🧭 Location: Uppsala. Office presence during the first six months, thereafter occasional remote work can be discussed. 🧭 Start: Flexible. Three months' notice is not a problem. What you will do You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle for the company's own products. Update SPC and PIL and drive variations Maintain ongoing contact with the Medical Products Agency and equivalent authorities in several European countries Engage in quality work and periodically pharmacovigilance when needed Work in the company's QMS and help shape procedures going forward You will start by familiarizing yourself with procedures and the quality management system, and then work your way into the product lifecycle. After two to three months, you should be self-sufficient in the initial areas and able to manage product cycle and variations on your own. Who you are You are a Pharmacist with one to three years of experience in regulatory work, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry, and are familiar with SPC, PIL and variations. If you have less experience but the right drive, you are still welcome to apply. More important than years of experience is who you are as a person. This is a small, horizontal team where everyone knows everyone and helps each other. The person who thrives here is outgoing, energetic and takes own initiatives. You work fluently in English, both written and spoken, as much of the authority contact takes place outside Sweden. Experience from the pharmacy world is a merit, but not a requirement.
