About AtrimusRx AtrimusRx AB is a Swedish pharmaceutical company licensed for wholesale distribution, community pharmacy operations, extemporaneous compounding, and handling of controlled substances. We work with licensed medicines and medicine shortages, as well as with the development and extemporaneous compounding of individualized, 3D-printed medications. Operations are conducted in collaboration with pharmacies, prescribers, healthcare providers, international suppliers, and manufacturers. AtrimusRx is located in Sollentuna and works with pharmaceutical supply in situations where availability, pharmaceutical quality, and time-critical decisions are decisive. About the Position We are looking for a licensed pharmacist with extemporaneous compounding authorization for a cross-functional role within: Licensed medicines and medicine shortages Requisition handling in our community pharmacy Extemporaneous compounding of individualized and 3D-printed medications You will work across multiple operational areas and switch between tasks based on current needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with variety and wants to apply your pharmaceutical expertise more broadly than in a traditional pharmacy role. Work is conducted periodically at a high pace and involves multiple parallel processes. You need to be able to prioritize, make well-founded decisions, and simultaneously maintain high pharmaceutical quality. Duties and Responsibilities Licensed Medicines and Medicine Shortages Handling requests and orders for licensed medicines Procurement and import of licensed medicines Contact with pharmacies, prescribers, healthcare providers, and foreign suppliers Assessment of availability, lead times, and alternative solutions Handling of documentation and issues related to quality and delivery Identification and procurement of medicines in shortage situations Community Pharmacy and Requisitions Handling, pharmaceutical verification, and dispensing of requisitions Contact with healthcare providers and other authorized purchasers Verification of orders, documentation, and delivery records Ensuring that handling complies with applicable regulations and procedures Extemporaneous and 3D-Printed Medications Extemporaneous compounding of individualized and 3D-printed medications Preparation, manufacturing, process controls, and documentation Pharmaceutical assessments and quality assurance Handling and verification of raw materials, packaging materials, and manufacturing documentation Participation in development of new formulations, strengths, and manufacturing processes Ensuring that manufacturing complies with applicable requirements and procedures Other pharmaceutical and administrative tasks may occur. Terms of Employment Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Fixed working hours 08.00–17.00. The position is located at AtrimusRx in Sollentuna. Remote work is not an option as the role includes work in our pharmacy and manufacturing operations. Salary range is 38,000–45,000 kronor per month. Qualifications For this position, you must: Be a licensed pharmacist or registered pharmacy technician Have extemporaneous compounding authorization Have at least one year of relevant work experience from a pharmacy, compounding facility, or pharmaceutical industry Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Be able to work on-site in Sollentuna during the specified working hours It is particularly meritorious if you have: Practical experience in extemporaneous compounding Experience as a responsible pharmacist (LMA) Experience with requisition handling Experience with licensed medicines and medicine shortages Personal Qualities You are thorough, responsible, and organized.
