For our Stockholm/Vasastan office, we are now seeking a lawyer with litigation experience in family law, who will also work on other assignments at Familjens Jurist. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement. Familjens Jurist applies a six-month probationary period. About the role You are an experienced litigator with a strong interest in family law. You express yourself clearly and pedagogically both verbally and in writing, and have a strong ability to explain complex legal reasoning in an understandable way. You will primarily work with advice and handling of matters within family law, where litigation in court is a natural part of the work. In addition, you may also work with advice in other areas of family law. What you bring Law degree At least 2 years of experience independently acting as a representative in family law cases or matters, for example in custody, residence and visitation, property division, or inheritance disputes. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and possess good rhetorical ability. Previous experience with qualified legal work is a merit Experience in conducting proceedings in district court/administrative court is a strong merit Who we are looking for Commitment to both our customers and our business is fundamental to us.
