JOB DUTIES
As a Family Care Coordinator, you join a team of 5 people—three child welfare specialists and two family care coordinators. It is a team with experience that has established a solid foundation of structure in its work. We work according to an annual calendar and develop safe and well-functioning family care for our placed children and their foster families.
As a Family Care Coordinator, you are primarily responsible for recruitment, supervision, and training of foster families. This is done in close collaboration with child welfare specialists and the entire team.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with a degree in social work, but we also welcome applications from those with other equivalent qualifications. For this position, it is important that you have experience in family care, preferably previously in the role of Family Care Coordinator. You also need experience with authority work within children and family services.
It is advantageous if you have experience with the Källvesten investigation method, some form of supervisor training, and experience working in the Lifecare management system.
In authority work, it is important that you have good organizational skills and find it easy to express yourself simply and clearly in writing. You also need good collaboration skills and enjoy working together both within the team and with external partners.

Good Swedish in both speech and writing is required, and other language skills are advantageous. A driver's license for a car is necessary for this position.
