About the Role As a Family Home Consultant at Nytida Family Care, you will be part of a team with other family home consultants. You will be responsible for supervising the family homes and also work with recruiting new family homes and assessing them. The role of family home consultant is varied, where in addition to supervision, you will often be the connector and coordinator. We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent education. You also need to have experience from family foster care. About Nytida Family Care Nytida Family Care has extensive experience in consultant-supported family foster care and we serve children, young people, and adults. We offer emergency care and family homes. We also have knowledge and experience in meeting people who for various reasons need protection, as well as children and young people who are to be placed with a parent. In our network, there are family homes and emergency homes with different focuses and backgrounds, which creates good conditions for making a good match before a placement. Through our open care and specialized open care, we have the ability to offer comprehensive solutions with extra support to our family homes as well as treatment, assessment, and contact person support for the placed individual. Your Experience and Knowledge You see possibilities, have a positive outlook, and a strong commitment to people. The work requires that you are conscientious and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues and see it as self-evident to contribute to a positive work environment. You have a degree in social work or equivalent education within social work. You also need to have experience in family foster care. Otherwise, you have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
