WORK TASKS Your main work tasks will be to plan and conduct family sessions according to the BSFT model. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues in the team, team leaders, and in the children and family department. You are the responsible family therapist for each family, but the team is there to provide support and security in daily work. The team has ongoing booster sessions and/or further training twice a year. All evidence-based treatment includes quality control. All sessions are filmed and supervision is concrete and continuous, two hours per week. The employment includes basic training in Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT). Evening work and independent work are included. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a degree in social work and have 1-2 years of work experience in psychosocial change work, preferably within individual and family care. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and also good knowledge of the English language as parts of the training are conducted in English. A Class B driver's license for manual transmission is required as you may need to drive a car in your work depending on the client's situation. It is meritorious if you have training in Signs of Safety, Child Needs in Focus (BBIC), or other evidence-based treatment methods. Experience with the Treserva business system is meritorious. Good IT skills are a requirement. We are looking for you who want to develop as a therapist and who are interested in evidence-based work and are open to feedback on the work you do. You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness and conduct yourself in a way that is adapted to the situation. Your initiative is good and you are self-driven and take great responsibility for implementing new proposals and working methods. You achieve desired results and can argue and explain why activities should be carried out. You work well with other people and relate to them in a responsive and flexible way by listening, communicating, and resolving conflicts constructively.
