Then you're the one we're looking for! We are now seeking new stars for the reception at Malmö Arena Hotel who want to work extra shifts, primarily evenings and weekends. The positions are hourly employments with immediate start. Salary according to HRF's collective agreement. Job Responsibilities Check in and out guests. Offer our guests the highest level of service and competence and ensure guests are always treated correctly. Assist the hotel's guests with various questions and requests before, during, and after their stay. Cash handling. Administrative work, such as reviewing arrival lists, booking systems, etc. Administer bookings via email, phone, and system. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in hotel reception work. You enjoy working at a fast pace, have a strong presence, and dare to be personal in all interactions. You have an interest in our guests and our hotel and have very positive energy. You are organized, have an eye for detail, and are confident in yourself and your professional role. You are used to working independently and can make your own decisions. Since we have a large share of international guests, we require that you speak and write fluent Swedish and English. Interested?
