Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality service and a genuine interest in helping people? Do you bring strong commitment and a positive attitude to the tasks you undertake? We are now looking for someone who wants to work as an extra receptionist and who has studies or another job for at least 50%, which you must be able to provide documentation for. You have a flexible study schedule and can work between one and three days per week, depending on the client's needs. As a receptionist, you will enjoy a dynamic work environment where you will staff different receptions for our client in central Sundsvall. You will be part of a team that works together to create the best possible workplaces for the client, in an innovative company with high ambitions. The receptionist role is extremely varied. You should appreciate working at a fast pace and be able to work with independence and ownership, but you should also be comfortable working at a slower pace. In this role, you will be part of a team that strives to simplify customers' workdays by seeing their needs and addressing problems before they arise, to deliver the best possible service. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but hired out to our client. Examples of tasks: Welcome visitors and colleagues at the reception with high-quality service Receive orders for office supplies, fruit, and catering Answer phones, manage emails, book meeting rooms, check in visitors, and produce access cards/loan cards Handle trouble reports and always stay one step ahead of the customer Be helpful and responsive regarding the daily operations in contact with the customer. Ensure that the premises are in top condition and that conference technology functions optimally. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education, preferably with work experience in the service sector. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is important that you—for both your own safety and that of others—can communicate clearly with others and can read and understand written instructions in both Swedish and English. You also need to be computer literate with knowledge of the Office package. As a person, we see that you are attentive, confident, and have a positive outlook on life.
