About the Job We are seeking temporary staff for the reception desk of our client to work as needed. Responsibilities include typical reception duties such as greeting customers, operating the phone switchboard and handling mail, as well as light office administration tasks such as managing mail and pre-booking invoices. About You We are looking for someone who is a student with at least 50% course load and has at least one year remaining in their studies, or someone who is retired. You enjoy varied tasks, are flexible, and have the ability to take initiative. You are service-minded, quick to learn, and can collaborate as well as work independently when needed. You communicate well in both English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Since the client is located slightly outside the city center, a B-class driver's license and access to a car are advantageous. We place great importance on personal suitability in this recruitment process. About the Position and Application This is a consultant assignment with employment through our company Adecco Student. The position is part-time as needed to cover absences such as illness and holidays, and there is also the possibility of summer work. Start date to be agreed upon.
