Part-time retail sales associate position at Specsavers in Boden!

Specsavers in Boden is now hiring a retail sales associate for part-time work every other Saturday and as needed. We're looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of the team and who would be interested in working more during the summer of 2027. The position includes a 6-month probationary period. Start date is immediate or by agreement.
Store hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00. We follow the Handels collective agreement.
Your Responsibilities
You don't need prior experience in optics – we'll provide you with comprehensive training through hands-on practice in the store combined with digital learning modules. After the introduction, you'll become an important part of the customer experience in the store, where you welcome customers, explain the importance of eye exams, and share information about Specsavers' concept and offers. You'll help customers find the right frames, lenses, or contact lenses based on the optician's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied and eager to return, while also being an ambassador for Specsavers' mission to make better eye health accessible to all.
Who You Are:
Engaged, customer-focused, and ready to take responsibility
Experience from the service industry, preferably in retail
Social and skilled at building customer relationships
Flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Quick to learn and eager to develop in your role
Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
