What does the job involve?
Within disability care, you work with people who have mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. Your mission is to strengthen each individual's ability to live as independently as possible.
Common work tasks include assisting with daily activities, leisure activities, social contacts, personal hygiene, and medication. You may work at group homes or service apartments, short-term housing and respite care for children and young people, day activities, residential support, or personal assistance.
Working hours vary depending on the activity and may include days, evenings, weekends, on-call shifts, and waking nights.

We're looking for someone who:
Is at least 18 years old.
Preferably has previous care experience or relevant education, but it is not a requirement.
Is positive, attentive, curious, and has a genuine interest in people.
Has strong work ethics and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferably holds a class B driver's license, as it is needed in some of our activities.
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. This is a requirement to be able to communicate, document, and receive medication delegation.

Before an employment offer, you must provide an extract from the police criminal record register. We recommend ordering it now so you have it available later in the process. There are two different types depending on whether you will be working with individuals over or under 18 years of age.
