About the Role
As an IT support specialist, you will handle tickets via computer, phone, or hands-on support in an industrial environment, register, assign and update tickets, escalate unresolved issues to higher levels, and participate in service desk-related projects with our client.
About You
Formal Qualifications:
To be hired as a flexible-hours employee, you must be:
A student within IT, such as IT support or IT technician, studying at least 50% and have a flexible schedule with the ability to work 2-3 days/week, primarily Mondays and Tuesdays.
Your studies must be verified with an official study certificate.
Solid computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience working in customer service or the service sector
Ability to work independently with ticket escalation
Desirable Qualifications:
IT technical expertise or strong interest in IT and technology
Experience communicating with customers over the phone
Previous work in the service industry, customer service, or support
Ability to quickly prioritize and identify what needs to be done
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Participation in service desk-related projects
