About the position Do you have your own business, are retired, a student, or have another primary occupation of at least 50%? We are now recruiting new team members for warehouse / picking and packing at Kährs in Nybro. You will become an important part of our production and logistics flow. In this role, you are responsible for picking items according to orders, packing and preparing goods for delivery, as well as ongoing quality control. The work is varied and the pace can be high during certain periods. You will receive an introduction on-site and work in close collaboration with colleagues and team leaders. Job duties Pick items from warehouse according to order and picking systems Pack and secure goods for transport according to provided instructions Inspect item condition and quantity, and report any discrepancies Sort and label packages and prepare for pickup Maintain order in the work area and follow safety procedures Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to an efficient workflow About you We are looking for someone who is thorough, fast-paced, and enjoys practical work in a team environment. You have good collaboration skills and are solution-oriented. The work requires you to work in a structured manner even during periods of high pace, and to take responsibility for your part of the process. Formal qualifications Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Previous experience in picking and packing or warehouse work is advantageous A forklift license is advantageous but not always required You must be able to work 2-shift schedules About us As an employed staffing consultant through Lernia, you receive market-rate salary, vacation, pension contributions, insurance, and coverage under a collective agreement.
