Your work tasks
As a consultant, you will work as needed for our customers and support them in their daily production and logistics flows. The role is varied and can include everything from packing, picking and loading to working with machines or in various production steps. You will work physically, while representing OnePartnerGroup and building long-term relationships with our customers.
Work shifts are mainly scheduled during daytime on weekdays, but evenings and weekends may occur depending on needs.
Your main work tasks may include:
Work in production, for example at machines or in assembly steps.
Warehouse work such as picking, packing, loading and unloading.
Handling of materials and simple quality checks.
Supporting regular staff during peak times, absences or increased customer needs.
Contributing to good order and a safe work environment at the workplace.
Being a positive and service-oriented representative for OnePartnerGroup at our customer companies.

Your profile
We are looking for you who are a retiree or you who have another main occupation such as studies, other work or your own business and who want to work extra as needed. You are at least 18 years old and have the ability to step in on short notice.

Collaboration-oriented, with a pleasant manner towards both customers and colleagues.
Responsible and concerned with delivering good quality in all work steps.
We would like to see that you are flexible and can work 4-5 work shifts per week
Clean criminal record register
It is meritorious if you have experience from industry, warehouse or other practical work, but it is not a requirement.

About the position
