We are looking for you to work as a temporary worker in home care, elderly homes, group homes, and personal assistance. 50 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a temporary worker, you replace regular staff and are booked out as needed, for example during sick leave, child care, and vacation. In your work, you provide support, care, and assistance to people who need it to manage their daily lives according to their individual needs. The work may include: • Provide personal care and support in daily life • Help with transfers, meals, and hygiene • Social interaction and safety-creating work We offer: • Meaningful and varied work • Introduction and support in your assignment • Valuable experience, whether you see yourself in a care-related profession or another industry in the future • Opportunity to work as needed throughout the year As a temporary worker, you need to be able to work varying hours, daytime and evenings as well as weekends. In some activities, you also need to be able to work nights. Working hours are adapted to the needs of the activity. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are flexible, responsible, and have good interpersonal skills • Are service-oriented and attentive to others' wishes and needs • Have good teamwork skills but are also confident working independently • Listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively • Master the Swedish language in speech and writing • Have good computer skills It is meritious if you have education at upper secondary level in the Care and Health Program or Children and Leisure Program with a focus on social work or previous experience in care work. A driver's license is required in some units. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: According to agreement.
