We at RA Hospitality are a staffing agency specialized in hotels, restaurants, and events. Our assignments vary in size - from exclusive dinners to grand events with up to 6000 guests.
Now that fall events are approaching, we're expanding our event team – and there's high demand for skilled chefs who can deliver food on a large scale at Gothenburg's most spectacular events.
We're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for you – someone who loves the pulse, the volume, the team spirit – and who'd rather work with thousands of plates than small tweezers.
What does the job involve?
As a consulting chef for events at RA Hospitality, you'll be where the action happens – banquets, concerts, trade shows, and productions. You deliver with quality, speed, and precision. You'll help build a strong team in Gothenburg that can deliver at a really high level.
As an event chef with us, you're part of a cohesive team where everyone strives toward the same goal: delivering food with high standards, even when volumes are large and the pace is fast.
You work on-site at our clients' locations, together with other colleagues from RA Hospitality. No two events are alike – which makes the job both varied and developmental.

We believe you:
✅ Have at least 3 years of experience as a chef, preferably from banquet/high-volume work ✅ Have completed culinary school or apprenticeship training ✅ Are quick, action-oriented, and hands-on ✅ Thrive best in a team – but also deliver independently ✅ Are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and know when to just go for it ✅ Communicate fluently in Swedish or English ✅ Know how to keep pace – and keep your spirits up at the same time
