Event and Conference Coordinator

Do you have a passion for service, an eye for detail, and love finding solutions that exceed customer expectations? Then you could be our next Conference Coordinator! We're looking for a dedicated and organized person who wants to help create world-class meeting and event experiences for our corporate clients. You will play a key role in our team as the first point of contact for conference inquiries and will be responsible for quote preparation and guidance throughout the entire process – from initial contact to completed booking. Responsibilities Receive and handle incoming conference and event inquiries Prepare quotes based on customer needs and follow up on them Send booking confirmations and ensure all information is accurate Advise customers on venue selection, setup, technology, food and beverage, and other details Book artists, speakers, venues, transportation, and other resources Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution Assist in planning and coordinating various types of events – from small meetings to large corporate events We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience in customer service, conference booking, or event planning Is organized, thorough, and solution-oriented Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks at once Has good computer skills and easily learns new systems Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently We offer: A varied and developmental role in a dynamic environment A dedicated and professional team The opportunity to make an impact and create memorable experiences for our customers A workplace where quality, service, and teamwork are central Work hours: 08:00–17:00 Job type: Full-time Benefits: Corporate events Professional development support
