Service Technician for EV Charge Partner This recruitment is conducted in collaboration with Puls Bemanning & Rekrytering, which is responsible for selection and placement of the position. About the Position We are now looking for a traveling Service Technician for EV Charge Partner – a nationwide service company in e-mobility. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a future-oriented industry in constant development, where technology, problem-solving and customer contact are central. You will be based in the Gnosjö region/Ljungby/Växjö and work with service, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning of electric vehicle charging stations. The position involves daily travel and occasional overnight stays. Your Role As a Service Technician, you will be an important part of EV Charge Partner's service organization. You work independently out in the field and are responsible for ensuring that charging stations operate safely, efficiently and reliably. The work is varied and includes everything from preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to repairs, modifications and commissioning of new charging stations. You will also work with software programs for firmware updates and programming among other things. Documentation is an important part of the role, where you continuously report what has been completed through both images and text in the company's and possibly customers' service portals. You therefore need to be comfortable with freedom with responsibility, be able to plan your work and at the same time be flexible when the planning changes. Work Tasks Perform service and maintenance work on charging stations in the field. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on charging stations. Repair and modify charging stations. Commission new charging stations. Work with software programs for firmware updates and programming. Document completed work through images and text. Report and provide feedback on completed actions in service and customer portals. Plan and carry out service assignments. Maintain ongoing contact with customers and clients. Manage spare parts and inventory related to service assignments. Collaborate with service coordinators, other service technicians and Garo 2-line support. Contribute ideas and improvement suggestions to develop the service operations. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is independent, solution-oriented and service-minded. You enjoy having your own responsibility and feel comfortable making decisions out in the field. You are someone who does not give up when a technical problem arises, but works methodically to find the solution. At the same time, you have no problem asking for help when something is unclear. Since you meet customers daily, it is important that you are professional, communicative and presentable. You understand that you as a service technician are an important part of the company's face to the outside world. We believe you are organized and structured, while at the same time being flexible when the planning needs to change. You have a genuine technical interest and want to continuously develop and find smarter ways to solve problems. Qualifications Requirements Trained electrician. ECY certificate. Class B driver's license. Good computer skills. Swedish and English spoken and written. Comfortable working independently. Comfortable with daily travel in the position. Comfortable working outdoors year-round. Ability to work in a structured manner and take your own responsibility. Meritorious Experience with service work. Experience with troubleshooting. Experience with electrical work in the field. Experience with charging stations or other e-mobility. Experience with customer contact and technical support. Experience with software, programming or firmware updates. Experience working in service or customer portals. Experience with spare parts handling or warehouse work.
