Qualifications Swedish Driver's license (Category B) when you start your employment. Scope and Start Date The position is approximately 75-100% and work is scheduled for daytime, evening, and every other weekend. Start date in August by agreement. The days are varied with great opportunity to contribute to people's quality of life. You provide support, help with practical tasks, and offer service based on customers' needs and wishes. The most important thing is that you enjoy building relationships and are good with people. What Background Do I Need? For some, this might be a great chance to get a first job. For others, it's about having grown tired of their current field and wanting to do something meaningful. For yet others, it could be a desire to continue in care but with a different employer. There's no single answer – we recruit people with a solution-focused mindset, empathetic values, and who want to grow with us. Does it matter if I don't have relevant experience? Of course, we see it as positive if you've worked in healthcare/care and done it well! Education as a nurse assistant or equivalent is also a merit but not a requirement. Isn't working in home care very tough? It certainly can be, and that's how development in healthcare and care generally looks. That was also one of the reasons we started in 2013 – with a conviction that we can do things a little differently and continually improve our operations with a focus on those we exist for – the elderly.
