About the Position We are now seeking experienced CNC operators for a modern and highly automated manufacturing environment. Here you will work with cutting operations in a facility where quality, precision, and efficient production are paramount. Our client is looking for someone who wants to work with them long-term. This assignment is initially a staffing engagement through Ikett with excellent opportunities for a permanent transition with the client after 6 months. About the Role: As a CNC operator, you will work with cutting operations in a production that largely consists of recurring parts in smaller series. The work involves setting up, rigging, and running CNC machines, as well as changing and adjusting programs and tools as needed. You are responsible for measuring, quality control, and ensuring stable operation of your machines. Production is organized in cells where operators often run multiple machines simultaneously. You will work in an environment where changeovers can happen frequently and where you need to be confident in quickly familiarizing yourself with new runs and parts. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining who is accustomed to working independently in industrial production. You have a good understanding of blueprint reading, measurement, and machine setup. Programming experience is a plus. Requirements: • At least 1-3 years of experience with cutting operations (turning and/or milling) • Good experience with blueprint reading and measurement • Forklift certification • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Merits: • Experience with machine cells • CNC programming experience • Truck license (reach/straddle carrier) Start Date: By agreement This assignment is initially a staffing engagement through Ikett with excellent opportunities for a permanent transition with the client after 6 months.
